We will focus on issues in the present, while developing insight into the ways in which past experiences may be impacting your current experiences. We’ll leverage your inherent strengths in your efforts to build more of the life you want. I will help you to clarify what’s important to you, develop a greater sense of self-compassion, and take steps toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
